Shark Fishing

Enjoy a days fishing for Blue Sharks from Englands premier shark fishing port, aboard two of the ports fastest angling vessels. Leaving Looe at 9am to steam appx. 1 - 1.5 hours to the gulf stream 15-20 miles from the port. You are then supplied with mackerel Rods, and expert tuition to catch the bait for the top quality Shark fishing tackle. The patient waiting begins. To hear the sound of the ratchet is the most exciting sound in angling, if and when the battle with the Shark is won, the Shark is expertly tagged and after photos taken returned to the sea.
Arrive back appx. 5-5:30 pm.

Deep Sea

The full day trip leaves Looe at 9a.m.. The day is spent fishing rocks and reefs from the Eddystone Lighthouse to the Dodman Point, depending on the tides and the weather. All rods, reels and tackle are provided, but you are welcome to take your own. Bait is also provided, usually mackerel caught on the way out. The fishing is varied as you are fishing in deep water 8-12 miles off shore. Species can include: Conger, Ling, Pollack, Cod, Whiting, Bream, Wrasse, Dogfish etc.

Some 12 hr. wrecking trips are available for parties of 10

Half Day

This is a 4 hour Deep Sea Fishing trip, the fishing is similar to the Full Day, but closer to Looe.
Per Person; £20. Per boat; £200 (Max. 12 people)

Mackerel

This is a two hour trip.
Per Person; £10

Conger

This a 3 hour evening trip leaving Looe at 5pm, targeting the Conger Eel. Other fish are caught, similar to the half day trip.
Per Person; £15

Information

All boats are fully equipped with the latest fish finders, G.P.S and Rader, and toilets.
Full safety equipment. R.Y.A. Code of practice. Licensed skippers. Full Insurance. All trips include Free Tuition.

A deposit of 25% is required with advanced bookings.
Full payment is required 28 days prior to the trip.
A full refund is available on cancellation of the trip by the skipper.
In fairness to other customers boats must leave on time. Late arrivals cannout be refunded.
Trips are availaible subject to Season, tides and weather.
